My order placed on February 24th is still outstanding, and GlassesUSA still hasn't sent my refund for $246.00 of my hard-earned money. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and all I can get is a BOT telling me it’s "in transit." This company is atrocious, and I was compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I want my money back!
Customer: My order #105081183, placed on February 24th, has not arrived, and the tracking shows it stuck. I’ve been told by a bot it’s "in transit" for weeks now. I want my money back. Customer: I've been waiting for weeks, and I’ve already had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Vermont Attorney General's office just to get any resolution. This is unacceptable; I just want my $246 refund. CS Rep: I see here that a refund was indeed agreed upon and initiated on April 1st. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Customer: So, I still have to wait even after all of this? It's been a nightmare trying to get my money back from you.
