Next-Day Delivery Scam & Customer Service Nightmare! 😠
My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share it as a warning. I paid for next-day delivery, expecting my glasses quickly, but hours later I received an email stating it would take three business days. When I tried to get a refund for the express shipping I paid for, I found their customer service to be nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. This frustrating experience compelled me to try and engage with their customer service, hoping to rectify the situation.
Customer: I paid for "next day delivery" for my glasses, but now I get an email saying it will take three business days. Where is my next-day service? I want my $19.95 refunded immediately! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. "Next day delivery" refers to the shipping transit time after the order is produced, not the production time itself. All orders, even plano lenses, require a processing period before shipment. Customer: That's completely misleading! Your site clearly said “eligible for next day delivery” without any mention of a separate production delay for basic lenses. I paid for a service you’re not providing, and getting a human on the phone was a nightmare! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by our website's wording and the difficulty you experienced reaching us. We acknowledge that the expectation versus reality can be frustrating. As a gesture of goodwill, I can process a full refund for your $19.95 expedited shipping fee. Customer: Good, that's what I paid for. But you need to fix your website and your automated customer service. It’s unacceptable.
