My recent online purchase was a complete nightmare, and I'm sharing this as a warning. Frustrating is the word to describe this company – dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses, but I ordered for a trip thinking it would take a few weeks, and that has come and gone with no date in sight. I’m pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes, probably shipped from China. Their customer service bot is worthless, and I doubt there are any human reps, which is why I felt compelled to reach out and then leave this review.
Customer: My order, placed weeks ago, was supposed to take 6 days to produce, but it’s still nowhere in sight. My trip has come and gone! What is going on? CS Rep: I apologize for the significant delay and the frustration this has caused, sir. I see your order status shows it’s still in production. There was an unexpected issue which required a remake, extending the timeline. Customer: A remake? Why wasn't I informed? And "6 days" is a complete lie then. Your bot was useless, and I doubt I'm even speaking to a real person. CS Rep: I assure you I am a live agent, and I understand your disappointment with the lack of updates and the extended wait. We are working to expedite it. Customer: So, what's the actual shipping date? Because "working to expedite" doesn't help me get my glasses for a trip that's already over.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
